Revel Cycles to Balletto Vineyards - EASY
The Barlow to the Balletto tasting room - 4 miles (roundtrip)
Set out from Revel Cycles on a beautiful ride that crosses the floating bridge behind the Sebastopol Community Center ball fields and continues into the Laguna de Santa Rosa wetlands. This section of the route can be rustic and seasonal, so riders should look for trail signs and expect to occasionally dismount and walk their bikes (especially the bridge).

​From the wetlands, the route continues through open countryside toward Balletto Vineyards, where a small gate behind the tasting room provides direct access from the trail. It’s a memorable local adventure combining wetlands, quiet trails, vineyard views, and a rewarding stop at the Balletto tasting room.
West County Trail - EASY
Sebastopol to Forestville - 16 miles (roundtrip)

​This wonderful trail starts close to our Sebastopol shop and meanders through the beautiful countryside of western Sonoma County. It's mostly paved with a few short sections on quiet country roads. The ride is generally flat as you pass through apple orchards and plentiful opportunities to visit local wineries. Forestville is a great destination with some lovely small shops and restaurants. At a leisurely pace, it's about 90 minutes out and back. Kick back in the Barlow after your ride for wine tasting, dinner and a vintage pinball arcade!

Joe Rodota Trail - EASY
Sebastopol to Santa Rosa - 7.5 miles (roundtrip)

​This beginner friendly trail starts near downtown Sebastopol and heads east through the beautiful countryside of the Sebastopol Laguna. It's completely paved with just a few roads to cross. The terrain is pancake flat as you pass through the open fields towards Santa Rosa. At a leisurely pace, it's about 60 minutes roundtrip. ​

This advanced ride showcases one of western Sonoma County’s most stunning routes to the coast. Expect a thrilling mix of steep climbs and fast descents as you wind through majestic redwoods, sun-drenched vineyards, and the rolling grassy peaks of the coastal range. The road is paved and features about 3600 ft of climbing for the entire route. Plan for about 4.5 hours round trip—plenty of time to take in some of the most breathtaking views the region has to offer. Add a few miles and ride into Bodega Bay for lunch!

​This scenic moderate ride begins in the rolling hills just outside Sebastopol and winds its way to the breathtaking shores of Tomales Bay. Along the way, you’ll cruise past apple orchards, vineyards, and the golden grassy hills that define West Marin. The fully paved route offers a mix of steady climbs and fun descents, with approximately 2,000 feet of elevation gain in total. Plan for about 4 hours round trip to enjoy the ride at a relaxed pace and take in the views.
